• Full time maintenance technician for senior apartment community. Responsible for completing maintenance requests in apartments and common areas, preparing vacant apartments for new residents and being available for on-call emergencies as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of building maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and general repairs.
• Must be reliable, honest and hard-working and able to work in a fast paced environment.
