Lenora Addington recently transitioned to the multifamily real estate industry from a 10-year career in electoral politics and political consulting. She brings experience in organizational and leadership development, multi-million dollar budget management, strategy, project management, training, and business operations.
Lenora holds the Certified Apartment Manager and National Apartment Leasing Professional designations from the National Apartment Association (NAA). She is also a candidate for the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is a State of Michigan Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and she attended the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, studying Political Science and French. She is an active committee member of the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association (DMAA), and the Property Management Association of Michigan (PMAM), where she puts her political expertise to use, working to help both associations raise funds to support legislative priorities. In her spare time, Lenora serves on the School Board of the Detroit Achievement Academy, a world-class public charter school district in the City of Detroit.
