Townhomes at Two Rivers Lowell, MI

Townhomes at Two Rivers is Lowell’s newest luxury apartment community. We are looking to expand our team to include a part-time maintenance technician to handle the service requests, unit turns and overall grounds and building upkeep. This position offers flexible hours with the potential of full-time in the future. Our candidate must be experienced, reliable and willing to handle on-call emergencies when necessary. Duties include:

• Completing maintenance requests in apartments and common areas, preparing vacant apartments for new residents and being available for on-call emergencies as required.
• Minimum of 1 year of building maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and general repairs.
• Must be reliable, honest and hard-working.
• Competitive hourly rate with flexible hours (20-24 hours per week) and immediate paid time off.
