The Associated Management Company is continuing to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak, actively following guidance and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control while taking actions to keep our residents, prospective residents, and associates safe. This is an unsettling time with a rapidly changing environment. Our goal is to keep up and keep healthy. Resident events have been temporarily canceled; however, we look forward to resuming them in the following months. We remain an active online social community and look forward to seeing photos of you, your pets, loved ones, spring cleaning and organizing hacks as you stay inside for a while. Even with heightened sanitizing procedures and policies in place, in-person apartment tours are temporarily unavailable. We encourage you to take advantage of the photographs and virtual leasing tools that are at your disposal. It is imperative to us that we continue to provide the best apartment search resources. We understand that it may not be convenient, but people will always need to move. A place to live. A place to call home. This isn’t business as usual, and many of you are under stress and feeling uncertain. We’ve changed many things, but at its foundation is the living environment we provide you, our residents.
