Director of Marketing
Duy Vu serves as the Director of Marketing for The Associated Management Company. He has been in the multifamily industry since 2011. Duy obtained his CAM and CAPS through the NAAEI in 2016, has held a Michigan Real Estate License since 2015, a Davenport University Alumni where he obtained a BBA in Marketing and MBA in Finance, and currently a student at Walsh College pursuing his Doctorate in Management. He was part of the 2019 class of 20 in their Twenties, obtained his NAA Leadership Lyceum in 2022, and part of the NAA Diversity Leadership Program of 2023.
Duy serves on the Property Management Association of West Michigan and the State of Michigan since 2017. He is the Past-President of PMAWM and PMAM for 2022/2023. He additionally supports the industry by joining the committees on the local and state level such as the Apartment Careers, Legislative, and GLAStar. Nationally, he serves on the Apartmentalize and the NextGen Committee for NAA.
