The Associated Management Company is proud to support our community and organizations below.  We were founded with the goal of providing affordable housing, but that goal extends far beyond  our properties. 

Fair Housing Center of Metropolitan Detroit

The Fair Housing Center of Metropolitan Detroit is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization that supports and encourages equal housing opportunities in the greater Detroit metropolitan area.

Women's Committee of the National Council of Resistance of Iran

The NCRI Women’s Committee works extensively with Iranian women outside the country and maintains permanent contact with women inside Iran. The Women’s Committee is actively involved with many women’s rights organizations, NGOs, and the Iranian diaspora.

Founded in 1929, the Capuchin Soup Kitchen serves Metro Detroit by providing food, clothing, and human development programs to the people of our community.

Brilliant Detroit

In 2015, Brilliant Detroit was created to provide a radically new approach to kindergarten readiness in neighborhoods. The idea was to create a unique delivery model in our approach to early childhood development by using underutilized housing stock to create early child and family centers in neighborhoods.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Detroit

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Detroit (BBBSMD) was formed in 1974 with the merger of five local Big Brother Big Sister organizations from throughout metro Detroit, with a focus on Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. They are the largest one-to-one evidence-based mentoring organization in Southeast Michigan serving nearly 1,000 youth annually with site- and community-based mentoring programs.

Wounded Warrior Project

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) began in 2003 as a small, grassroots effort providing simple care and comfort items to the hospital bedsides of the first wounded service members returning home from the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.

We Stand with Ukraine

The Associated Management Company stands with Ukraine against these atrocities. Since our founding, we have always stood alongside justice and the power of the collective voice. We donated to the relief funds for UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and CARE to support all the displaced families in Ukraine.

National Prion Disease Pathology Surveillance Center

Established in 1997, the NPDPSC was formed to monitor the occurrence of prion diseases and spongiform encephalopathies in response to the epidemic of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE), also known as "mad cow disease."

United Way believes that we all have a stake in each other's success. We all benefit when a child succeeds in school, when someone finds a job that sustains a family, or when more people get quality, affordable health care.

Fish and Loaves

Fish & Loaves Community Food Pantry was first launched by a group of Taylor churches inspired by a miracle story from the gospels—Jesus feeding the multitudes with five barley loaves and two fish. It is a faith based, non-sectarian organization staffed by volunteers serving those in need regardless of religious beliefs.

The Compassionate Friends

The mission of The Compassionate Friends: When a child dies, at any age, the family suffers intense pain and may feel hopeless and isolated. The Compassionate Friends provides highly personal comfort, hope, and support to every family experiencing the death of a son or a daughter, a brother or a sister, or a grandchild, and helps others better assist the grieving family.

Forgotten Harvest

For 30 years, Forgotten Harvest has fought two problems: hunger and waste.  All the food rescued and produced is delivered to metro Detroit families who are food-insecure and struggle to cover the basic life necessities.

Gleaners Community Food Bank

Gleaners is a vital link between available food and those who need it most. Local and national food producers often have surplus products that go to waste for lack of a way to safely and efficiently bring it to bring it to market. Gleaners has developed efficient, reliable methods for handling a tremendous volume of donated food, as well as the fresh produce  purchased to ensure those served have access to a variety of healthy, nutritious food.

Volunteers of America Michigan

Since 1896, Volunteers of America Michigan have supported and empowered America's most vulnerable groups, including veterans, at-risk youth, the frail elderly, homeless individuals and families, people with disabilities, and those recovering from addictions.

Livonia Citizens Black Books Drive

In 2020, Livonia citizens came together to purchase children's books with black characters and/or black authors, purchased from black-owned book stores. The books were donated to the Livonia Public Library to expand their offering of diverse stories.
