Regional Manager
Claudia Anderson has been a Regional Property Manager for The Associated Management Company since 2008. She is a 22 plus year veteran of the multifamily housing field and has held a variety of positions over the course of her career including, leasing consultant, office manager, roaming maintenance supervisor, assistant manager, senior branch manager, temp vice president and director of compliance.
Claudia’s many years of experience brings value to the management team and makes her an effective property executive when supervising. She holds designations as Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), Certified Occupancy Specialist and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM). She also has certifications in tax credit, mold remediation, OSHA and continues to attend yearly training in these field as well as HUD EIV policies and procedures. She is currently pursuing a bachelor degree in computer information-system analysis. Claudia holds a State of Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License.
