Clio Addington Barker, a licensed Michigan Real Estate Broker, has been involved in multifamily residential real estate for more than twenty-five years. Clio has extensive experience opening of new communities and in turning around troubled assets.
Clio served as President of the Property Management Association of Michigan (PMAM); and the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association (DMAA) these are local and state affiliates of the National Apartment Association (NAA). Clio is on the faculty of the NAA Education Institute and a member of national committees there. She also holds the NAA National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and hold the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. Clio is also active with the Michigan Housing Council (MHC), a trade association that specializes in affordable housing.
