Margie Bolt has been in the multifamily industry for more than 20 years. She has experience in market and subsidized apartment communities and was over a community that was selected by HUD as one of the top 1,000 high performing properties in the country.
Margie holds the National Apartment Association (NAA) Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation and the Accredited Residential Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In 2015 she was awarded the Leadership Lyceum Eagle and a successful fulfillment of the rigorous leadership program of the Property Management Association of Michigan (PMAM).
