Susan has more than twenty-five years experience in property management. Her experience is in market driven, federally subsidized, commercial, tax credit, lease ups and cooperative housing developments. Susan has professional experience in budgeting, training and development, NOI improvement, sales and marketing plans. She has a history of successful management of both family and senior housing.
Susan holds the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) Specialist in Housing Credit Management certification. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds the Certified Property Manger (CPM) designation. Susan held the positions of Secretary and Treasurer for the IREM Chapter 5. Susan has tax credit certifications from both Spectrum and TheoPro.
Susan holds a State of Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License.
